SUPPORT ORGANISATIONS IN WNC

When families are faced with daily realities of parenting children with special needs it can be helpful to speak to another parent of a child with similar experiences to talk about the joys, challenges and concerns they face in raising their child.  We know that parents, through their shared experiences, can give each other the support and practical knowledge that even the most compassionate service providers cannot.

All services are held in confidence and are free of charge.

Support group meetings are the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30pm at Mission Reuter Children’s Outpatient Center, 11 Vanderbilt Park DriveAsheville, NC 28803 dinner and childcare are provided free of cost.
